Avalanche Funnels is operated by Willman Ventures LLC. Here is what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you type them at checkout, so we can deliver your files and send the emails that go with the kit. Your payment is handled by Stripe; we see that it happened and what you bought, never your card number. If you add The Plan Review, we keep the plan you send us for as long as it takes to review it and answer your questions about it.

What we do with it

Deliver your purchase. Send the kit's follow-up emails and, if you started a checkout and didn't finish, up to three reminder emails. Answer your messages. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to the files.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), the service that hosts this site, and the email tool that sends our emails. Each sees only what it needs to do its job. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets what it needs to run the checkout. If we run ads later, a pixel from the ad platform may be added, and this page will say so when it happens.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to justin@avalanchefunnels.com. We'll answer within a few days. Mail: 2020 N Academy Blvd Ste 261 #3718, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
