These terms cover The Snowball Kit and anything else sold on this site. Avalanche Funnels is operated by Willman Ventures LLC ("we", "I", "Justin"). Buying something here means you agree to them.

What you're buying

Digital files (PDFs, Word files and a text file) delivered on a personal delivery page the minute your payment goes through, and, if you add it, The Plan Review, which is a written review and a recorded walkthrough delivered within five business days of the day your plan and your two files arrive by email. The thirty-day every-penny-back guarantee applies to The Plan Review until the review is delivered; if you later buy the Build, the $97 you paid for the review comes off its price. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Each purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

The guarantee

Thirty days, no questions, no hoops. If the kit isn't for you, write to justin@avalanchefunnels.com within 30 days of your purchase and you get every penny back. The same applies to anything you added at checkout. We may ask one question, "what wasn't right?", and you don't have to answer it to get your money.

Using the files

The files are for you and your business. You can fill them in, print them and use what you make from them to sell your own products. You can't resell the kit, share the download links, or put the files in a product of your own. The prompts are yours to run as often as you like.

No promises of results

The kit gives you a plan and the pieces to make it. It does not promise sales, buyers, clients or income, and nothing on this site should be read that way. Every business is different and the results of yours depend on what you do with the plan.

Your card

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details are stored by Stripe, not by us. At checkout your card is saved so that one optional add-on can be charged with a single click on the next page if you choose it. Nothing else is ever charged without you choosing it.

Changes and law
